Two single-session rates. Three goal-oriented programs. One free consult. No tiers, no surprises, no hidden upsells.
For civilians and anyone not covered by the military rate. Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes.
For active service members, veterans, and their immediate family. No paperwork required — ask me on the consult.
The standard rate is priced a little above the regional average on purpose — it’s what makes the military rate sustainable. Civilian clients aren’t subsidizing anyone. They’re making it possible for me to keep doing this work for the community I built it for.
First sessions run 60 to 90 minutes to allow time for the initial conversation and the first round of work. Follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes.
For clients working on something specific, programs offer a structured course of sessions and a modest savings over the single-session rate. Paid upfront. Available for the three areas where session counts are most predictable.
For smokers, vapers, and tobacco users ready to quit. We work on the three layers of the habit — the chemical, the behavioral, the emotional — across three structured sessions.
Most clients are done in 3. Some need a 4th session, billed at the single-session rate.
For people whose sleep got broken somewhere along the way and hasn’t come back. We work on the daytime pattern producing the nighttime problem, then install a different one.
Best results when sessions are paced 7 to 14 days apart over a 4 to 6-week window.
For people preparing for a specific high-stakes event — a test, a board, a performance, a presentation. We work on the interruption pattern that gets in between you and the skill you already have.
Best timed to a specific event 3 to 6 weeks out. Tell me your date on the consult.
Other specialties — stress management, chronic discomfort, and the work I do with the military community broadly — vary too much in length to fit a fixed program. Those run as single sessions at the standard or military rate.
Twenty minutes on the phone or Zoom. No pitch, no pressure, no obligation. If hypnotherapy isn’t the right fit for what you’re carrying, I’ll tell you, and I’ll help you figure out who you actually need.
You can purchase a session as a gift for a spouse, a friend, a family member, or anyone you care about. Full price — no discount, but no upcharge either. The gift recipient books their session when they’re ready, on their schedule, no pressure from anyone.
This works especially well around the holidays, after a deployment, around a big anniversary or a hard year — the kind of moments when you want to give someone the time and space to actually work on themselves instead of another candle.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Major credit cards and debit cards accepted. Payment is handled at the time of booking through the Calm-Ops booking system — no card details are ever shared with me directly.
Hypnotherapy is not typically covered by health insurance in the United States. Sessions are paid out-of-pocket, which is part of why the military rate exists — to keep this work accessible to the community I built it for.
I ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window are charged in full — my time was already set aside for you. Programs paid upfront can be rescheduled within the program window without penalty.
If you show up for a session and the work doesn’t feel right within the first 15 minutes, we end the session and you don’t pay. I’d rather refund a session than do work that isn’t going to help.
For the full picture on what to expect, see the FAQ or the How It Works page. If anything here doesn’t answer your question, ask on the free consult.
Twenty minutes, no pitch, no pressure. Tell me what’s going on, and I’ll tell you whether hypnotherapy is the right tool, which approach fits, and what the work might look like. If single sessions are the right move, we go that way. If a program fits, I’ll tell you. If neither, I’ll help you find what does.
