No fabricated reviews. No stock testimonials. Every story on this page is shared with written permission from someone who chose to share it.
Calm-Ops opens its doors the first week of July. The stories on this page will grow with the work — slowly, deliberately, only from clients who want to share theirs.
What’s here right now is one story, from a client I worked with before the practice opened. She wrote it herself. She agreed to let me publish it, name and photo included. I didn’t edit it for marketing.
Over the coming months, more stories will land here. Some with photos, some without — that’s the client’s call, always. What every story on this page will have in common is that the person whose name is on it actually said the words.

It helped me feel more connected to myself in a way that was both emotional and relieving.
At first, I was definitely nervous because I had never experienced hypnosis before, but deep down I knew it was something I needed. As the session started and we worked on finding my “happy place,” I already began to feel a sense of relief and comfort.
The actual hypnosis part was a little scary at first simply because it was unfamiliar to me. There was even a moment where I felt like my body almost wouldn’t let me fully relax into it, but eventually I was able to let go and trust the process. Once I did, the experience became much more calming and eye-opening than I expected.
Overall, I’m really grateful for the experience. I felt supported throughout the session, and it helped me feel more connected to myself in a way that was both emotional and relieving. I would definitely do it again and would recommend it to anyone who is nervous but interested in trying it for themselves.
Eva’s experience isn’t a template. Every client comes in with something different, and what they leave with depends on what they came in for.
But a few things tend to be true across the work I’ve done. People are often surprised by how normal hypnosis feels — closer to deep meditation than anything dramatic. People who walk in skeptical often relax faster than people who walk in believing. People are sometimes surprised by what comes up in a session, and sometimes surprised by what doesn’t.
What every client I’ve worked with shares is one moment — the moment they realize that the part of their mind they thought was stuck is actually moving. That moment is usually quiet. It’s rarely dramatic. But it’s the moment the work is doing what it’s supposed to do.
Book a session. Do the work. If you come out the other side and want to share what it was like, write me a paragraph. I’ll ask before I post anything, every time.
No pressure either way — most clients keep their work private, and that’s the right call for them. But if your story is one you want to tell, this is where it goes.
