Six specialties, plus a handful of others I see less often. If what you came in with isn’t here, ask — I’ll tell you whether it’s a fit, and if not, who you actually need.
Chronic stress doesn’t feel like a problem until your sleep starts breaking, your shoulders won’t come down, and small things start feeling huge. Hypnotherapy works on the part of your nervous system that’s been stuck in the on position for too long.
Learn more → 02Can’t fall asleep. Can’t stay asleep. Wake up at 3am with your brain already going. Most sleep problems aren’t about sleep — they’re about what your nervous system is doing the rest of the day. Hypnotherapy works on that.
Learn more → 03Smoking, vaping, dip, anything in that family. If you’ve tried to quit and it didn’t stick, hypnotherapy works on the part of the habit that willpower can’t reach — the part where your hand is already moving before you decide.
Learn more → 04Test anxiety, performance anxiety, public speaking, pre-event focus, choking under pressure. Hypnotherapy helps the part of you that already knows what to do stop being interrupted by the part of you that’s trying too hard not to fail.
Learn more → 05For chronic pain and physical discomfort that has a medical cause, hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical care — it’s an additional tool. With your doctor’s clearance, we work on the perception, the response, and the suffering that often outlasts the original cause.
Learn more → 06Active service members, veterans, dependents. Deployment stress, sleep disruption, the slow erosion of running too hard for too long. I built this practice with this community in mind because I know the language and I know the cost.
Learn more →These don’t have their own dedicated pages, but I see them often enough to mention. If any of these match what you’re carrying, ask about it on the consult.
Flying, needles, heights, public speaking, specific situational fears. Hypnotherapy is one of the most effective tools for working with the body’s alarm response to specific triggers.
Loss of a person, a relationship, a chapter of your life. Hypnotherapy doesn’t take grief away. It helps the body and mind find ways to carry it that don’t cost you everything else.
For people who keep getting back up but feel like the well is running dry. We work on the underlying pattern, not just the daily mindset.
The phone problem, the scrolling problem, the constant-stimulation problem. Hypnotherapy helps the brain remember what it feels like to be quiet again.
I’m a hypnotherapist, not a licensed mental health provider. I don’t diagnose. I don’t treat clinical conditions.
If you’re working through a diagnosed mental health condition — PTSD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, active eating disorder, substance use disorder in the clinical sense — a licensed clinician is who you want for that work. Hypnotherapy can sometimes be useful alongside that care, with your treating provider’s coordination. It is never the right primary tool.
The same is true on the medical side. If what’s going on is medical, see your doctor first. I work alongside medical care, not instead of it.
Saying clearly what I don’t do is part of how I make sure what I do do actually works. If what you’re carrying isn’t something I can help with, I’ll tell you on the consult, and I’ll do my best to point you toward who you actually need.
Twenty-minute consult, no pitch, no pressure. Tell me what’s going on, and I’ll tell you whether hypnotherapy is the right tool and whether I’m the right person. If I’m not, I’ll help you figure out who is.
